Junior Cougar Wrestling Club
Welcome to JCWC! We operate as the youth program for the Cedar Rapids Kennedy High School wresting program. The Junior Cougar Wrestling Club offers two age groups: K-2nd grade & 3rd-8th Grade. The goal of our club is to prepare youth wrestlers for a competitive high school career, so we organize our practices around the same skills learned in the high school room.
K-2nd Grade Group
Our beginner group focuses on the basics and learning the rules of wrestling.
3rd-8th Grade Group
Our competitive group focuses on the skills that will translate to a successful high school wrestling career.

Our registration form is available here. Once registration is complete, parents will also be added to a contact list that we can send out information pertinent to our practice or competition schedule as news may arise.
